I graduated in Psychology from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in 2016 and further deepened my studies through postgraduate degrees in Organizational Psychology, General Administration, and Behavioral Economics.
My professional journey began even before psychology: for 12 years, I worked as an English teacher. Along that path, I developed something that is now essential to my clinical work, active listening and genuine care for others.
Today, working fully as a psychologist, my purpose is to offer a safe space where you can feel welcomed as you build new paths for yourself with the right psychological support.
Therapy is a mental health treatment that offers a safe and structured space to better understand emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
Like other forms of healthcare, psychotherapy has a beginning, a middle, and an end. Along this path, you and your psychologist work together to build goals and strategies that truly align with your reality and personal needs.
In psychology, we do not speak of a “cure,” but rather of total or partial remission of symptoms, meaning a significant reduction in suffering and the development of resources to better deal with one's own experiences.
Therapy is recommended both for those who have a diagnosis and for those who want to understand themselves better or go through challenging moments with more support and clarity.
If you feel it is time to take better care of yourself with more attention and depth, therapy can be a good place to start.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured approach that aims to transform patterns of thought and behavior that cause suffering. Through this approach, we use clear goals and psychoeducation so that you can better understand your emotional processes and develop tools to cope with them.
ONLINE THERAPY
Sessions are conducted exclusively online, offering a safe, comfortable, and accessible space where you can take care of your mental health from wherever you are, in the comfort of your own environment, without the need to travel.
PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH
I offer sessions in both Portuguese and English, providing an accessible space for Brazilians living abroad as well as for international clients who communicate in English. This allows you to express yourself more freely in the language you feel most comfortable with, making the therapeutic process feel more natural.

I work with adult men and women, including Brazilians living both in Brazil and abroad, as well as international clients who communicate in English.
Sessions last 1 hour and are conducted online through Zoom. Therapy sessions take place on a weekly basis, as the therapeutic process is not initiated with fortnightly sessions.
The therapeutic process is a treatment with a beginning, middle, and end. However, the duration of therapy can vary considerably depending on the concerns being addressed, while always respecting each person’s individual pace in working through their personal challenges.
The initial contact and scheduling are handled by the assistant, who will be available to organize appointments and answer administrative questions. During the therapeutic process, patients also receive the psychologist’s direct contact information for specific situations or greater urgency. Even so, it is important to remember that therapeutic support takes place primarily within sessions, ensuring an appropriate and protected space for emotional care.
The first session is dedicated to the Intake Session, a free 30-minute appointment. This space was created so we can get to know each other better, for you to share your concerns, and for me to show you how I can support you through the therapeutic process.
